Ack! Dentist nightmare
So I had to go to the dentist today for my cleaning that was due back in July (oops). Well, I went and was assaulted by the hygenist! She was going after my gums like there was no tomorrow. I usually don’t have any problems with the cleaning, but man, she was digging for gold. Caused me to bleed and then some! owww. Dentist came in - this was a new one who I hadn’t seen before, and won’t see again. I have a cavity (he thinks it’s small) that I have to go back and get filled next week before I leave for UT.Â
This dentist was really bad - like I’m laying there and he’s got all these sharp metal things poking at my teeth and he’s talking to the hygenist like I’m not there about what’s wrong with the one and what to keep an eye on for some others. He was total doctor-speak and didn’t explain to me what the hell was wrong. He gets a F+ in my book. The place I go has 3 dentists there and so I’m seeing one of the other two to have my cavity filled.
and of course I have to relate this entry to John - it wouldn’t be my soap opera if it didn’t!
I’m a huge big freakin’ baby when it comes to shots. I HATE THEM! They give me the eebie jeebies andfreak me the hell out. So, I’m going to have them give me Nitrous Oxide before they give me the novicane - otherwise I’ll flip. The other thing I have to do with it all is stay distracted - I usually take my CD player in with me, but that’s long since gone and John has my iPod.
I ended up messaging him on AIM today to remind him to get that in the mail to me since I need it by Wed. Talked to him for a few mins, nothing big. He’s looking for jobs anywhere he can find one, I guess there are a bunch of openings around Chicago. That’s cool for him. He said he’s not too interested in making a public spectacle out of our breakup and he’s only told a few different people about it. That’s good - I was thinking he was telling everyone that we broke up and everything that happened - only leaving out select parts. He also wanted to make sure that I wasn’t going to leave JC or PF, and still go to the NJC next year or various other meet n greets. I’m not and i will(money pending).
Today I also went and got fitted for a bra by a professional. That was an experiance let me tell you! I was wearing a 36DD (as measured by Victoria’s Secret) Now I’m in a 32G. Holy Shit. Big boobs wtf! I did get a couple of new bras (2) and $151 later These things are pretty sweet. Kinda pinchy in a couple of places, but it’ll streach out I was reassured. For $65 it better! The nice thing about it is, it totally makes my chest look smaller - like I seriously look 5 pounds lighter in the boobs just from a different (correctly fitting) bra! my boobs also haven’t been this perky since I was like 14. On another note - will these things ever stop growing? Seriously starting to consider breast reduction. I think a C cup would be nice - easier to handle, no gawking. I definatly don’t get the line with these bras like I used to with my old ones. I’ll probably go back next week and try on a sports bra or two so I can use that skiing. w00t for nice, pretty, good fitting bras!
